What researchers are looking at
Lion's mane is being studied for memory and focus as we age. A few small human trials have looked at mild memory decline and mood, and the early results are why so many people take it daily.
Cordyceps is being studied for stamina. Trials have looked at exercise performance and how the body uses oxygen, and in Chinese medicine it has long been taken as a tonic for energy and recovery.
